Salon Policy

BOOKINGS:

 A 30% deposit is required with bookings of more than 60 minutes duration and will be deducted from your total amount at the end of your appointment.

Failure to give 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment will result in loss of deposit.  

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS:  
Failure to give more than 24 hours ' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment will result in loss of booking fee and/or will incur a late cancellation fee of 30% of your booking that must be paid prior to any future bookings.
NO SHOWS, are required to pay the full amount of appointment missed if they wish to make any future bookings.

Repeated NO SHOWS will not be accepted for any further bookings at the salon.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Please make sure you are on time for your appointments so that it doesn't affect the treatment you are booked in for. Please note if more than 15 minutes late this will result in a loss of booking fee/late cancellation fee

 

REFUNDS: No refunds on services, however happy to rectify any concerns within 2 day's of your appointment.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS: 

Mia Bella Lash Lounge is not responsible for any irritation or allergic reactions. A patch test is advised.
In the case of an allergic reaction does occur, please seek medical advise immediately. 
You must provide us with a written consent form from your doctor that states you are allowed to receive a lash removal. 

 

LASH INFILLS: 

Please follow aftercare instructions to ensure you get the best life out of your lashes.
All lash infill pricing is a rough guide only and the cost of your infill pricing may alter after your lashes have been inspected at your appointment. Lash infills are booked every  2-3 weeks, depending on your lash growth and daily lifestyle. 

 

LASH INFILL POLICY:

1hr is allocated for your booking. If you have lost more lashes than usual and require more time than 1hr, you must let me know in 2 days prior to your infill booking to allow for a full set as we may need to reschedule. Otherwise, your booking will remain as a 1hr infill.

Please arrive with clean lashes free of make-up, NO MASCARA or EYELINER should be worn on lash extensions.

If eye makeup is worn at the time of your appointment, it will not only affect the life and result of lash extensions applied but also result in less lash infill time. 

Remember CLEAN LASHES equals  HEALTHY LONG LASTING LASHES. And your lash stylist will love you for it!

Mia Bella Lash Lash Lounge is not responsible for any damaged items that is worn or brought into the salon.
